Generator welcomed as new operator in Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct
Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED) has welcomed co-working experts Generator on board as the new operator of two buildings that form part of Auckland’s Innovation Precinct in Wynyard Quarter.
From September, GridAKL will expand out of the Lysaght building to occupy the recently refurbished Mason Brothers building and 12 Madden Street, bringing together a community of entrepreneurs and businesses that range from start-ups to bigger, global companies.
Generator will work alongside BizDojo, the founding partner of GridAKL that tenants and supports almost 100 start ups at the Lysaght building, to create an environment that assists scalability for small and medium-sized enterprises and larger corporates at the other two locations.
The appointment is a major step towards ATEED’s goal for the Precinct to become a recognised innovation hub in the Asia-Pacific region. For more information, click here.
